Our veteran chefs carefully prepare creative Japanese cuisine using Osaka ingredients, including "Naniwa Kuroushi" (the only pure Japanese black beef in Osaka Prefecture, certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries), and other Kansai specialties, such as "Kyoto Akajidori" (high-quality local chicken) raised in western Japan, mainly in Kyoto Prefecture!
